REGISTER FOR AN IOF ID NUMBER!

If you are a newcomer to the Oceania Championships entered in the youth, junior or senior elite classes you need to register as an IOF athlete for your results to be recognised. Please use 1) the link here below for instructions 

and then 2) update your profile on Eventor and 3) send an email to 

ronpallas@hotmail.com so he can update your entry with the IOF athlete ID.

Or if you have not entered the champs yet apply for an athlete ID first and update your Eventor profile.

An IMPORTANT reminder about embargoes

All areas to be used in the Oceania Orienteering Sprint Championships 2026 are embargoed to all orienteers who wish to compete in the Oceania Sprint Championships. This embargo includes coaches and supporters of competitors.

Access is by permission of the organisers only.

Exceptions to the embargo, which must be cleared with the organisers, are for genuine educational purposes. In such cases no maps, electronic or printed are to be carried.

This covers the following venues:

St Peter Catholic College, 84 Gavenlock Rd, Tuggerah

Green Point Christian College, Avoca Drive, Green Point

Central Coast Grammar School, Arundel Rd, Erina Heights

University of Newcastle/ NSW TAFE, Enterprise Drive Ourimbah

Please note early starts at the first event – Knock Out Sprint Qualification race at St Peters Catholic College Tuggerah for all Oceania Sprint competitors. You will need to be close by and suggest you arrive on the Friday 23rd to ensure you are not late to your start. Quarantine with registration (bib pick up) will be open from 7:00 am with the first starts at 8:00 am.

Oceania competitors who do not make the next knock out races will automatically be entered into the Sprint the Coast Race 2 for the afternoon on Saturday.
